7-day returns
If you receive a damaged, leaking or wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product.
Opened products
For hygiene reasons, opened or used bottles cannot be returned unless they were damaged or defective on arrival.
Refunds
Approved refunds for COD orders are sent to your UPI ID or bank account within 5–7 working days.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order from My Orders any time before it is shipped.
